The Municipality of Chatham-Kent Chatham-Kent Jobs Program is hosting a “Find Your New Career with the Better Jobs Ontario Training Grant” virtual information session exploring in-demand career opportunities and training through the provincially funded program. The public information session will be held on Wednesday, February 26th, 2025, from 12:00pm – 12:30pm via zoom, and will provide valuable insights and guidance for individuals interested in exploring new career opportunities through government-funded training programs.

Better Jobs Ontario (formerly known as Second Career) is a provincial initiative aimed at helping Ontario residents retrain for high-demand careers. Whether you’re facing unemployment or underemployment or simply looking to change career paths, this program provides the resources and support necessary to pursue training in fields with long-term employment prospects.
