This Canadian industry comprises professional, semi-professional, or amateur sports clubs primarily engaged in presenting or participating in sporting events before a paying audience; and establishments primarily engaged in supporting activities for independent athletes and sports teams and clubs. The sports clubs may or may not operate the facility for presenting these events.
