This industry comprises establishments primarily engaged in roasting coffee; manufacturing coffee and tea extracts and concentrates, including instant and freeze dried; blending tea; or manufacturing herbal tea. Establishments primarily engaged in manufacturing coffee and tea substitutes are included.
